I’m a trained clinical therapist, guide, and mystic teacher. I work with others needing support as they navigate life challenges through the transcendence and inclusion of working within multidimensionality (mind/psychology, emotional/energy, Soul and Spirit). I weave in creativity and intuition to sessions which can bring a deeper layer into the physical dimension as active ingredients for sacred alchemy. My work is rooted in the marriage of science and spirit, and formulated from research along with my direct experiences.
Our beliefs impact the way the body holds onto and/or releases. Research confirms our biological systems are in a constant bidirectional conversation with mind, spirit, and soul which then translates back into the body. A morse code of sorts. These codes of communication are a direct result from personal experience mixed with intergenerational patterns informing our worldview. A socialization process that either serves or no longer serves someone. We may not always recognize or be aware of the beliefs triggered, but we do get pinged with a feeling in the body. This work is getting to know through deep devotional commitment with self the signs and symbols to support unburdening and the (re)alignment with the authentic self.
Each session is tailored to your unique needs. All that is required is an open heart and open mind. It’s clear those that are called to work with me tend to consider themselves highly sensitive and have experienced grief and loss resulting in some form of ending with death and/or nondeath loss. Additionally, my offerings can be supportive to anyone on the threshold of a major transition or transformation to honor endings and stay grounded in new beginnings. I have several offerings for individuals and groups either in therapy or therapeutic services and work within various modalities. My offerings are rooted in the values of sovereignty, liberation, and empowerment. Therapy sessions might include parts work and inner-child, EMDR, active breathwork, guided visualization, meditation, dream work, ancestral healing, and body-focused & somatic therapy. I practice Hermetic alchemy using psychological and medical astrology and tarot/oracle cards to use as tools to support your healing. People come to these sessions for a variety of reasons; life purpose/dharma, relational tensions, patterns, unexplained chronic pain/illness, health/wellness, etc. as they offer a unique view on life situations; like seeing the harmony inside a melody. I enjoy teaching others how to read their own charts. I do offer sessions of sacred ceremony to dive deeper into guided imagery and energy work with training and experience in Reiki and Celtic energy work.
