As a mother of two adult daughters and a young son, Tanya understands the delicate balance of caring for oneself, family, and community. With  25 years of experience as a yoga instructor, 17 years as a Licensed Massage Therapist, and as a Reiki Master, she brings a deeply grounded, compassionate presence to her work.

Tanya’s practice is rooted in her core values: presence, safety, receptivity, alignment, and service to all. Each session is thoughtfully tailored, blending intuitive insight with skilled, clinical assessment to meet the unique needs of every client.

Her mission is to empower women—and the feminine in all people—to rise into balance, strength, and harmony. Tanya is passionate about supporting women in living their dreams, experiencing empowered births, advocating for their needs and desires, and thriving in all stages of life.

She specializes in prenatal and postpartum care, as well as infant and pediatric massage. Her work also includes pelvic steaming, soft tissue pelvic realignment, Reiki, and recovery from motor vehicle accidents. Tanya has completed a 60-hour prenatal massage certification, further deepening her expertise in supporting mothers through every phase of their journey.
